This pale-colored and light-bodied wine is beautifully aromatic, exuding rose petals and dark plums that continue on the palate with a good nip of acid and a hint of textural tannin too. It’s well-balanced, refreshing and concentrated.
On the first sip – you see it’s everything. An awesome mix of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah gives it these juicy bursts of luscious strawberries and ripe raspberries, all kissed with a floral elegance that feels like fresh blooms on a warm breeze. And then—boom—the Syrah kicks in with a spicy backbone and just enough earthy depth to pull it all together. It’s pure perfection
And 2023? This vintage came from endless sunny days and breezy nights, giving the grapes exactly the slow, steady glow-up they needed. The result? A bright, vibrant flavor that’s crisp and refreshing, made to cool me down when the party starts heating up.
